Don't Ask Me .... I Don't Know, But I'm 5 Years Old This Week

It started 5 years ago as a bit of fun posting anything from Champion Jack Dupree to Honolulu Mountain Daredevils to Jimi Hendrix and everything in between. Basically anything that was lying around within arms reach. But the Blues was what I posted the most.
My low point came when  Mediafire deleted all my files and years of work went down the drain. "F*@ck this and go get a life" was my first thought but after a couple of weeks it started to itch again. I started posting and with the help from contributors it's become what it is ... one of the few places that post obscure, rare and common blues lp's, tapes and the odd CD.
Now Lil' Ed is going to sing for us...

I appreciate all your time and effort providing REAL blues for a world that is desperate for real music! My all time favorite post has been the Genesis LPs, truly outstanding!

hi and well done! I remember when you were thinking about calling it a day - not only me but many others glad you changed your mind. Next stop 10 years!

Congratulations for the 5 years!
As you say, your blog is a treasure trove of unknown and beautiful blues, all the more endearing when you're rescuing them from derelict formats (cassettes, LPs)(which BTW were the ones I learned the blues from!).
Please keep up with the good work, since I found this blog about a year ago I am constantly amazed by the posts, and the carefree, friendly attitude.
Another good reason for congratulating you is that you share OOP or weakly-distributed Blues, great for an isolated blues fan like me.
Cheers Daniel, from Madrid, Spain.
