    Thanks for the post. Used to see Mr. Johnson at US Blues (Uncle Steve's) downstairs bar in Chicago. Always a fun time.

    @ Dago, this sometimes happens as I'm using Bandizip on a Mac. Try using 7zip as that usually opens everything.
    I tested the file with 3 mac programmes and had no problems. Good luck and if it doesn't work let me know.
