Little Richard - Harlem Church - VPRO Nov.77
From KansasJoe a 15 minute live sermon with singing from Little Richard aired on Dutch radio in November 1977. This a vey low-fi audience recording but well worth it.
This is amazing. I was there.I've been telling people about this event for years. I was a student at CCNY when I found a handbill for this in the student lounge. I couldn't find anyone to go with me so I went alone. it's one of my enduring memories of one of my rock n roll heroes. R.I.P. Mr. Penniman. Always the King of Rock 'n' Roll.
@ Jake, you must have some wonderful memories of that day and we're glad that you found a recording of some of that day here. I'm sure KansasJoe will be pleased about it.

The Little Richard is from a trade about 40 years ago. On the same tape there also was the Allison concert. This was aired on Dutch radio.
