Thanks for this first rate album by veteran Texas bluesman Thomas Shaw. I had the chance to see Shaw once and chat a little bit with him. A nice, easy going and articulate gentleman. He seems anyway not very at ease when speaking about his past and the blues. Later on, I would learn that Mr Shaw who was a very religious man was regretting to have recorded blues albums.
