A great singer who doesn't get his due. Love the blog. Thanks. W.

I got fooled this time. I was expecting the original 1959 hit version of Linda Lu but this album seems to have been recorded in or around 1980. Not that it is bad by any means but it is not what I expected. Thank goodness I still have a copy of the original which (probably because I am used to hearing it) I like much better. I do like your blog though and hope you keep up the good work! Thank You very much!

Hi Xyros,
the Ray Sharpe zippy link goes to the cover jpg. Is this intentional?

Sorry about that, new link on the way.

thank You for generous re-posts of
Ray Sharpe (and also Lloyd Glenn).
Re-post are so worthy. When good
tunes get activated again after
a period of silence,
people feel mercy.
From low they get to go high.
(like hippies used to say:
"it is far out, man". And certainly it is:
from low to high: it is a long way).
