This is a very enjoyable laid back album.

Good jazzy album by Bumble Bee Slim one of the best seller of the Chicago blues during the 1930's. As he always wanted to make movies, he went to hollywood around 1938 after meeting Mae West's chauffeur who told him he could give him some clues to the movies industry. Nothing happened for Slim but he managed to play here and there and recorded again during the late 40's and early 50's on the West Coast. With this final album where he was surrounded by noted jazzmen.
