for me, dbl clicking the zip it says "folder is empty"
extracting does extract the flac files

I'm getting this message: "Windows cannot perform the extraction"!!!
I'm using an an Imac and downloaded for the second time and no problems. Try a different unzipper.
When I had Windows I used "7 zip" to unpack zip files. Try that if you haven't already.
